We are excited to launch a new EMR and patient portal to better serve you! The last day you were able to use the ezAccess portal was Tuesday, August 26, 2025.

Effective September 2 our new portal is https://health.healow.com/mymayfield

Existing patients with a MyMayfield portal account can self-enroll online.

New patients are sent an email with username and temporary password upon making an appointment.
